Navigation Overview

Workloom is organized around a left-hand sidebar. Here's a quick tour so you can find things without clicking around blindly.

Main Sections

Your roster. Every person in your workspace lives here — active members and inactive people alike. From here you can:

A dedicated view for all contracts across your workspace. Useful when you want to see the big picture — who's on what contract, what's expiring soon.

Manage all leave requests and approvals. You can see requests by person, by status (pending, approved, rejected), or by date range.

A quick-glance view of what's happening in your workspace. Widgets show you things like upcoming leave, recent activity, and contract alerts.

Workspace-level configuration — leave policies, roles, invitation settings, and more.

Use the search bar at the top to find a person quickly by name or email
Most lists are filterable — look for filter controls near the top of each section
Clicking a person's name always takes you to their profile

The fastest way to get to someone is to search their name from anywhere in the app.
