Interviews & Feedback

WORKloom handles the interview loop with structured invitations and scorecards. Interviewers don't need a WORKloom account — they get a unique link that works in any browser.


Inviting an interviewer

  1. Open a position and go to the candidate's application
  2. Click Invite to interview
  3. Enter the interviewer's name and email
  4. Click Send invitation

The interviewer receives an email with a unique link to their feedback form. The link is specific to that interviewer and that candidate — it can't be reused for a different session.

tip

You can invite multiple interviewers for the same candidate. Each gets their own link and submits their feedback independently.


Submitting feedback (as an interviewer)

When you receive an interview invitation, click the link in the email. You'll see a form pre-filled with the candidate's name and position.

Fill in:

  • Your name and email — pre-filled if you're a WORKloom member; edit if needed
  • Decision — Yes, No, or Maybe
  • Scorecard fields — rate each criterion on a 1–5 scale (the fields are set by the hiring manager)
  • Pros and cons — free-text observations
  • Notes — anything else worth capturing
  • Confidence — Low, Medium, or High

Click Submit feedback. You can't edit after submitting, so take your time.


My Interviews

If you're a WORKloom member and you've been invited to an interview, your pending invitations appear in My Interviews in the sidebar.

Each entry shows:

  • The candidate's name and position
  • Whether you've submitted feedback or not

Clicking an entry takes you to the same feedback form as the email link.


Viewing collected feedback

All submitted feedback is visible on the candidate's application page, inside the position.

What you see:

  • Each interviewer's overall decision (Yes / No / Maybe)
  • Per-field ratings, averaged across interviewers
  • Individual pros, cons, and notes
  • Confidence levels

This gives the hiring manager a single view of the full interview loop without chasing people for their notes.


Sharing the scorecard

You can share a read-only view of a candidate's scorecard with someone outside WORKloom — useful for a founder, an external advisor, or anyone who doesn't have a workspace account.

  1. Open the candidate's application
  2. Click Share scorecard
  3. Copy the generated link

Anyone with the link can view the aggregated feedback. The link doesn't require login and can be revoked at any time from the same screen.
